Calendar and job reminders · Keep jobs moving

A clearer diary. Fewer loose ends.

A booking needs a place in the diary, but a quote call back or overdue task needs attention too. We help connect your calendar and job pipeline with reminders, so appointments and next actions are easier to keep apart and keep on top of.

Set up for you. Ongoing support. No upfront website-build fee.

WHY THIS PART MATTERS

Not every important task is an appointment.

You can have a full calendar and still forget to return a quote enquiry. Equally, a reminder to call somebody should not look like a confirmed site visit. Your setup needs to distinguish time committed to a customer from work that still needs organising.

Keep appointments connected

We look at the calendar you use and the booking process you need. Relevant job context should support the diary, so you know who the appointment is for and what it relates to.

Reminders for work between the visits

Follow-ups, quote checks and overdue tasks can need a prompt even when there is no appointment. We agree which reminders are useful for the way you organise your day.

Clarity about what is confirmed

A customer enquiry, a proposed time and a booked job are different states. We help make those handovers clear so a reminder or pipeline label is not mistaken for a confirmed commitment.

A PRACTICAL WAY TO USE IT

From an everyday task.
To a clearer next step.

  1. 01

    Agree the next action

Decide whether the job needs a call, a task or a confirmed appointment.

  2. 02

Put it in the appropriate place

Use the connected calendar or reminder route for that kind of action.

  3. 03

    Act with the context available

Check the customer and job details when the appointment or follow-up comes around.

Example process, not a customer result. Your final workflow is agreed and checked during setup.

Can you connect my current calendar?

We review the provider, account access and the way it is used. We confirm the available connection before promising that an existing calendar will work in a particular way.

Are customers automatically given a booking time?

Only the agreed booking process should confirm an appointment. We work through what the customer can choose, what you need to approve and how confirmed dates are recorded.

Can reminders cover quotes as well as jobs?

Yes, the included scope covers reminders for upcoming jobs, follow-ups and overdue tasks. We agree the specific actions and timing during setup.

Will this prevent every diary clash?

The calendar still depends on accurate availability and how appointments are entered. We test the agreed connections and explain the routine you need to follow; it is not a promise that every possible conflict disappears.
