Who is responsible and how to contact us
UK Trade Leads is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For a privacy question or rights request, contact Jack on07917 453885. You can ask for a written response and a suitable way to exchange any sensitive information.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry or book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business, appointment time and message. We also keep the correspondence needed to answer your enquiry and organise the conversation.
Our hosting and booking providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and security logs. The marketing pages do not contain a separate enquiry form; booking details are entered in our HighLevel calendar.
Why we use it and our legal bases
- To answer enquiries, arrange calls and prepare a requested service: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To provide an agreed service and support: performing our contract.
- To protect the website, keep operational records and resolve problems: our legitimate interest in running and securing the business.
- To meet applicable accounting and other legal requirements: legal obligation.
You can ask us to explain a legitimate interest or object to processing based on it. Where consent is required for a separate marketing activity, it must be obtained for that activity and can be withdrawn. Booking a call does not by itself give consent to unrelated marketing.
Who processes information for us
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and security, and HighLevel (including LeadConnector) for the booking calendar and customer communications. Email is handled through our email service providers. Providers receive information needed to deliver their services. We may also share relevant records where legally required or needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
These providers may process information outside the UK. Their published data-processing terms describe their international transfer safeguards. You can request further information about the safeguards relevant to your information. See Cloudflare’s privacy noticeand HighLevel’s data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep unsuccessful enquiries for three months after the enquiry is closed without proceeding, then delete the enquiry details from our active records. If you become a customer, we retain information needed for the service, support and applicable legal obligations. Records needed for a specific dispute or legal obligation may need to be kept longer; they are limited to that purpose.
Cookies and page measurements
The marketing website uses Cloudflare’s page performance measurements. The booking calendar uses its provider’s browser storage and technical services to operate. The separate advertising landing page may include advertising measurement technologies, including Meta Pixel. This notice does not make those optional technologies essential: where consent is required, they should only operate with that consent. You can control cookies and stored site data through your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive information in a portable format. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it. Some rights have exceptions, including where we must keep a record to comply with the law. We may need to confirm your identity before responding, without requesting more information than necessary.
Contact us using the details above to make a request. If you are unhappy with our handling of your information, you can complain to theInformation Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes to this notice
We update this page when our handling of information changes. The date above identifies the current notice. Please read it before providing details through our booking calendar orcontacting us.
