Websites for pest control companies · Business-in-a-Box

Websites for pest control companies that calm people down and tell them what happens next.

We build and manage pest control websites around the work you actually do: rats, mice, wasps, bedbugs, birds and commercial contracts. Worried homeowners and site managers can check you deal with their problem, see how treatment works and reach you from a phone. The site connects to the enquiry, follow-up and review tools in the £197/month Business-in-a-Box.

£197/month for the complete package. No setup fee. No website fee. No contracts.

BEFORE THEY GET IN TOUCH

What a customer checks before calling a pest controller.

Someone who has just heard scratching in the loft and a restaurant manager booking a quarterly inspection want different things. A good pest control website gives each of them a clear, calm next step.

Do you deal with this pest?

People search for the pest, not for “pest control”. A page each for rats, mice, wasps, bedbugs and the other pests you treat lets them confirm quickly, and lets you explain the signs to look for.

How soon can someone come out?

A wasp nest by the back door or rats in a kitchen feels urgent. Say honestly whether you offer same-day or next-day visits, what hours you answer the phone and what the customer can safely do while they wait.

Will the neighbours know?

Many customers, especially food businesses and landlords, care about discretion. If you use unmarked vans or plain clothing on request, say so clearly near your contact details.

How many visits will it take and is it safe?

Explain your usual treatment process: the survey, what you use, follow-up visits and proofing. Mention how you handle children, pets and food areas, so customers know what to expect before they book.

A PAGE PLAN BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK

The pages a pest control website usually needs.

The pests you treat and the customers you want decide the page plan. This is a typical starting point for a mixed domestic and commercial business. We drop what you do not offer and add what you do.

  1. 01

    Rats and mice

Signs of activity, how a treatment programme works, the number of visits you usually make and the proofing work that stops them coming back.

  2. 02

    Wasps and hornets

Nest treatments, the season they run in, and what to do and not do while waiting. Mention how you handle bees, which are usually not treated as pests.

  3. 03

    Bedbugs

How you confirm an infestation, the preparation you ask for, heat or chemical treatment options and the follow-up inspections involved.

  4. 04

    Birds and proofing

Netting, spikes and gull or pigeon deterrents, and a plain note that all wild birds are protected by law and control must follow the relevant licence.

  5. 05

    Fleas, moths and other insects

Cockroaches, ants, fleas and clothes moths, grouped sensibly so the page stays useful rather than thin.

  6. 06

    Commercial pest control contracts

Routine inspections, reports for audits and environmental health visits, and the sectors you work with, such as food premises, offices and lettings.

  7. 07

    Areas you cover

One clear coverage page with your towns and postcode districts, and whether urgent call-outs have a tighter radius.

  8. 08

    Reviews and recent work

Real Google reviews and photos of proofing work you are happy to publish, linked so customers can check them for themselves.

A 20–30 page website, not a one-page template.Built around your services, real work and coverage, then connected to your enquiry tools.

PROOF CUSTOMERS LOOK FOR

Credentials worth showing, if you hold them.

We only add memberships, qualifications and insurance you can evidence. These are the ones pest control customers and commercial buyers commonly look for.

  • British Pest Control Association (BPCA) or National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) membership
  • RSPH Level 2 Award or Certificate in Pest Management for your technicians
  • CEPA Certified status to the BS EN 16636 pest management standard
  • Rodenticide stewardship training or certification for professional rodenticide use
  • Public liability insurance, and professional indemnity if you write reports for commercial clients
  • Your Google Business Profile reviews, linked rather than copied

FROM VISIT TO ENQUIRY

Enquiry form questions that help a pest controller decide what to do next.

Short enough to fill in while worried, specific enough that you can call back with a sensible first answer.

How our quote forms work
  • What pest do they think it is? (rats, mice, wasps, bedbugs, birds, not sure)
  • What have they seen or heard, and where in the property?
  • Is it a home, rented property or business premises?
  • Postcode of the property
  • A photo of droppings, damage or the nest, if they can take one safely
  • Best phone number and when they can talk
  • Would they prefer an unmarked vehicle?

STRAIGHT ANSWER ON PRICE

What a pest control website costs with UK Trade Leads.

See everything in the £197/month package

A pest control website is included in the £197/month Business-in-a-Box (usually £297). There is no setup fee and no separate website fee. You keep the website, there is no contract, and you can cancel anytime. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

The monthly price also covers the tools pest work relies on: a business phone number with missed-call text-back for when you are in a loft or under a floor, a shared inbox, a CRM, calendar reminders for follow-up visits and contract inspections, review requests and Google Business Profile setup. If you only want a website and already have the rest working, our guide to website costs for trades sets out the other routes honestly.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions pest control companies ask us.

Anything specific to your business? Bring it to the call and we’ll work through it.

Book a quick call
Most of my calls are urgent. What should the website do differently?

Put the phone number and a short form at the top of each pest page, say what hours you answer, and explain what the customer can safely do while waiting. If you miss a call while treating another property, missed-call text-back sends a reply so the caller knows you will ring back.

Can the site help with commercial contracts as well as call-outs?

Yes. A separate commercial page can explain your inspection schedule, reporting and the sectors you work with, with its own enquiry form. Contract customers can then be tracked in the CRM with reminders for each routine visit.

Should I show prices for treatments?

Many pest controllers publish a starting price for common treatments such as a wasp nest, and quote for rodent programmes and bedbugs after a survey. We can show fixed prices, guide prices or none, as long as they match what you actually charge.

Can you write about wildlife and protected species?

Yes, carefully. Pages on birds, squirrels or other wildlife should reflect the law: wild birds are protected and controlled only under the relevant licence, and some animals such as bats and badgers cannot be treated as pests at all. We draft from gov.uk guidance and your own practice, and you check every page before it goes live.

Is it worth making a page for each town I cover?

Normally one well-made coverage page does the job better. Copying the same pest page for each town with the name changed is the kind of near-duplicate content Google’s guidance treats as low value. If you have a genuinely different story for a place, such as a local office or a run of contract work, a dedicated page can make sense.

Will this get my pest control business to the top of Google?

No one can promise rankings. Clear pest-by-pest pages, an accurate Google Business Profile with the right categories and genuine reviews give Google and customers what they need to choose you. Results depend on your area, competition and reviews, and take time.
